We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to support a high-energy and growing team in White Rock.  If you live in Surrey, Langley, Delta or the White Rock area and want to grow your career experience, this is the role for you.

Reporting to the Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate client and trainer scheduling
  • Develop strong relationships with trainers and clients
  • Complete monthly client invoicing & accounts receivables
  • Communicating all internal & external sales promotions, holiday closures, company surveys, and company functions
  • Managing and overseeing the company’s inventory system that includes office supplies, apparel and ancillary sales items
  • Project management for new & existing operational projects and tasks
  • Social Media planning and execution for the business

The following skills/knowledge would be required for anyone interested in applying for the position:

  • Minimum of one year customer service related experience
  • Minimum of two years general office experience
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively work individually, in a team environment, with customers and internal staff
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Marketing experience (ie. social media campaigns and proficiency in in-design) would be an asset
  • Computer proficiency with all MS Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity of Gmail, Google Docs, and Google affiliated services
  • Applicant must have the ability to understand and follow directions while meeting deadlines
