  • Providing administrative support
  • Planning meetings and internal corporate events
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with financial data entry
  • Generating customer quotes and processing orders
  • Editing and formatting of various types of documents as requested
  • Providing reception duties
  • Booking travel
  • Execution of general administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations
  • Shipping/logistics
  • Inside sales

Qualifications, Experience and Abilities

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive with high levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within teams
  • Completion of a recognized program of study in office administration is an asset
