Payroll and Benefits Supervisor

Our firm has partnered with our client, a well-established and successful company in Vancouver, to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor to join their team.

Duties of the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor include overseeing the payroll function and managing the benefits administration of hourly and salaried employees in multi-provinces across Canada. Other responsibilities include the supervision of the payroll team, general ledger account reconciliations, making recommendations on improving processes and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years supervisory experience, a Canadian Payroll Association designation and have or be actively pursuing their CPM. Other skills include excellent written and oral communication, strong Excel skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
