  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Compose business proposals, presentations and respond to tenders
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results


  • Degree or diploma in business, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Excellent English business communication skills
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a sales team environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Data Networking or IT Infrastructure
