Service Manager

We are looking for an exceptional dynamic leader who is extremely organized, and can think on their feet.  A big picture, strategic thinking, problem solver is going to excel at this well established entrepreneurial driven company.   • Own the service business for the company and deliver the annual revenue and growth goals for the business.
  • Understand completely our customer’s service needs and develop programs to exceed these needs.
  • Champion the service agenda at the company and ensure customers receive the absolute best service possible.
  • Develop, promote and deliver service programs focused on the installed base to generate continuing service revenue. This includes annual service programs, optimization services, obsolescence and upgrade programs, competitive replacement programs and hardware/software refresh programs
  • Build and articulate service value proposition to our customers and work to serve their needs in the best way possible
  • Define and implement pricing and marketing strategies for company’s service programs
  • Build and develop the service team and ensure the very best qualified skills are available to support our customers
  • Define, with the management team, policy and procedures for company’s service partners around the world
  • Develop and deliver programs to support our systems 24/7, regardless of their location around the world.
  • Provide a “first line of response” on customer issues and champion these issues to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Travel to various customer sites for service sales calls, on a regular basis.
